All donor information collected by Dorcas Place is confidential and not shared with/sold to third parties. The information is used to maintain communications with donors (unless otherwise directed), including mailings of such publications as newsletters, annual reports, invitations, etc.

In the case of donations by credit card, all personal information is destroyed by our Development Office upon completion and confirmation of the donation transaction.

Donors may indicate that they wish to remain anonymous by noting this on donation remittance envelopes provided by the agency.

For online donations, Dorcas Place relies on third party providers, e.g., JustGive.org, and their procedures for ensuring the security of your personal and financial information.

All donor information is available upon request. If you have any questions or concerns about the accuracy, privacy and security of your donation history or any information that you have shared with Dorcas Place, please do not hesitate to contact us via email or regular post.
